123 San Jacinto The Highlands Fire Department is committed to providing Fire, Rescue and EMS Services to the citizens of Highlands, Texas and the surrounding communities. The Highlands Fire Department consists of two Stations. Station 1 located at 123 San Jacinto and Station 2 at 2301 E. Wallisville. The current membership consists of 38 Firefighters, 10 retired firefighters, 2 EMS only members, 2 ERT members, 0 apprentice firefighters, 2 junior firefighters and 16 part-time medics. The membership wishes to thank ESD#14 for their continued support of the Highlands Volunteer Fire Department.
